Are there administration fees?

No. The Store House does not charge administration fees. To reserve an apartment, you’ll need to pay a £250 holding fee, which is deducted from your first rent payment. A £250 deposit is then charged separately before you move in. Once you’ve moved in, charges may apply for things such as lost or damaged key cards or damage to the apartment beyond reasonable wear and tear. We do not charge inventory fees.
