Are there any rules about the use of substances on-site?

Yes — for the safety and wellbeing of all residents, the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on The Store House premises. What this means • Zero tolerance: Possession or use of illegal drugs is not allowed under any circumstances. • Community safety: These rules protect the health, safety, and comfort of everyone in the building. • Tenancy terms: Breaching this rule may lead to serious consequences, including action under your tenancy agreement. Helpful tip If you’re unsure about what’s permitted, remember the simplest rule: anything illegal outside The Store house is also illegal inside.
