Can I cancel before moving in?

Yes, you can cancel your booking before moving in, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your Accommodation Offer and receive a full refund of your holding fee. You may also be eligible to cancel and receive your holding fee back if you do not receive the grades needed for your university offer, your university offer is withdrawn, you choose a different university after exceeding your grades, or you are an international student who does not receive a UK visa before your tenancy start date.
