Who can access CCTV footage if needed?
CCTV at The Store House is managed in accordance with relevant data protection and security procedures. Access to footage is restricted and isn't available to residents or members of the public as a matter of course.
Who can access CCTV footage?
Where appropriate, CCTV footage may be accessed by authorised personnel for legitimate security or operational purposes.
Footage may also be shared with the police or other relevant authorities where appropriate, for example in connection with a security incident or criminal investigation.
CCTV footage is subject to data protection requirements, so residents don't automatically have access to footage simply because they would like to view it.
If you believe an incident has been captured on CCTV, speak to the Resident Team. They can advise you on the appropriate process and any information you may need to provide.
Helpful tip
If you believe CCTV footage may be relevant to an incident, report it to the Resident Team as soon as possible so it can be dealt with through the appropriate procedures.
