Are there any rules for using bike storage?

Yes - The Store House has rules in place for using the bike storage space, to ensure safety, security, and fairness for all residents.

• Secure your bike: always lock your bike to the racks provided. Enclave: Student will not be responsible for unsecured bikes.
• Use designated spaces only: do not leave bikes in corridors, lobbies, or outside the bike store - this can block access and create hazards.
• Respect space: park your bike considerately so that racks remain accessible to others.
• No storage of other items: the bike store is for bicycles only - do not use it to store scooters, furniture, or other belongings unless explicitly permitted.
• Report issues: if you notice damage, overcrowding, or security problems, let the Resident Team know.

Helpful tip

Use a strong D-lock or chain to secure your bike even inside the store — shared spaces are safe, but extra protection reduces risk.
