What behaviour is expected when using amenities?

Our communal spaces are designed to be enjoyed by everyone, so we ask residents to be respectful of both the facilities and each other.

This means keeping noise at an appropriate level, treating equipment with care, cleaning up after yourself, and being considerate of other residents using the space.

We want every resident to feel comfortable, welcome, and able to enjoy the facilities whenever they choose.
