When are the bins collected?

Waste and recycling collections at The Store House are arranged by the building management team, so residents don't need to book or organise collections themselves.

Do I need to do anything?

No. The building management team coordinates the waste collections for The Store House.

Your responsibility is simply to take your household waste and recycling to the appropriate bins in the basement-level bin store and make sure it's disposed of correctly.

What if the bins are full?

If you notice that a bin is full or there is an issue with the bin store, please let the Resident Team know so they can investigate and arrange any necessary action.

Helpful tip

Please don't leave rubbish next to or outside the bins if they appear full. Contact the Resident Team instead so the issue can be dealt with appropriately.
