Can I leave large items next to the bin stores?

No. Large or bulky items should not be left beside the bins, inside the bin store or in other communal areas at The Store House.

Items such as furniture and other bulky waste need to be disposed of through the appropriate arrangements rather than being left for the building's standard waste collection.

What should I do with a large item?

Before removing a large item from your apartment, speak to the Resident Team or arrange an appropriate bulky waste collection.

Leeds City Council offers bulky waste collections, and services such as TipTapp can also be used to arrange collection.

Why can't I leave items by the bins?

Leaving large items beside the bins can block access, take up space needed for normal waste disposal and create safety and cleanliness issues for other residents.

Please don't leave unwanted furniture or bulky items in corridors, communal areas, outside your apartment or next to the bin stores.
