Can I pay the full amount upfront?

Yes. You can pay your rent in full upfront at The Store House.

If you choose to pay your rent in full, no referencing checks are required. If you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need to provide a UK guarantor and complete the required referencing checks.

Our team will confirm your payment arrangements during the booking process and provide details of when payment is due. Rent is payable before your move-in date.
