What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking within 14 days of receiving your Accommodation Offer and receive a full refund of your holding fee.

You can also cancel and receive your holding fee back if:

  • You do not receive the grades needed for your university offer.
  • Your university offer is withdrawn.
  • You exceed your grades and choose a different university.
  • You are an international student and do not obtain a UK visa before your tenancy start date.
