Can I cancel before moving in?

You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your booking, depending on when you cancel and the reason for cancellation.

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your Accommodation Offer and receive a full refund of your holding fee.

You may also be eligible for a refund if you do not receive the grades needed for your university offer, your university offer is withdrawn, you exceed your grades and choose a different university, or you are an international student who does not receive a UK visa before your tenancy start date.
