What contract lengths do you offer?

The Store House offers 44-week and 51-week tenancy agreements, depending on availability. We also offer semester stays subject to availability.

When booking, you can choose the contract length that best suits your study plans and preferred move-in date.

Your tenancy length will be confirmed as part of your booking process and included in your tenancy agreement.
