Where do I collect my post?

At The Store house, everyday post and letters are delivered to secure mailboxes or collection points within the reception.

How it works

• Individual mailboxes: Each apartment is assigned a locked mailbox
• Secure access: You’ll need your key or fob to access your own mailbox.
• Oversized items: Larger envelopes or parcels that don’t fit will be delivered to the building's parcel room.

Helpful tip

Check your mailbox regularly — even if you expect most things digitally — to avoid it overflowing or missing important letters.
