Yes. The Resident Team will be available to help you settle into your new home when you move in.

Once your application process is complete, reference checks have been passed, your tenancy agreement has been signed and payment has been received, the Resident Team will arrange a convenient time to meet you on your move-in day to hand over your keys and help you get settled.

After you move in, the team will provide a home induction, review your inventory and answer any questions you may have about your apartment or living at The Store House.
