Is staff available 24/7?

Yes. The Store House has a 24-hour on-site presence, so there is always a team available to provide appropriate support.

During the day, the Resident Team is available to help with questions, maintenance issues and day-to-day resident support. The Resident Team is available seven days a week, from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Outside these hours, the on-site Security Team provides overnight support and can assist with appropriate building and security matters.
