Can I use common areas?
Yes. All residents at The Store House have access to a range of shared amenities and common areas throughout the building.
These spaces are designed to give you places to study, work, relax, exercise and socialise outside your apartment.
What shared spaces can I use?
Residents can make use of a variety of shared amenities, including:
- Study spaces – dedicated areas for studying and getting work done.
- Co-working areas – spaces where you can work or study outside your apartment.
- Gym – a convenient place to keep active.
- Games room – somewhere to relax and have fun with friends.
- Screening room – a space for watching films and other entertainment.
- Roof terrace – an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views.
- Private dining room – a space for dining and spending time with friends.
There are also other shared areas and amenities available for residents to enjoy.
Are there any rules for using the shared spaces?
As these areas are shared by everyone, we ask residents to respect the spaces and other people using them.
Please keep shared areas tidy, follow any signage or specific guidance provided, and be considerate of noise levels and other residents.
