Can friends use communal spaces?
Yes. Your friends and other guests can generally use the communal spaces at The Store House when visiting you, provided they follow the building's rules and remain your responsibility throughout their visit.
Guests should follow the usual visitor process, including signing in at reception and being accompanied by the resident they're visiting.
Can my guests use all the facilities?
Not necessarily. Some shared amenities may have specific access requirements, booking arrangements or restrictions for guests.
If you're planning to use a particular facility with a friend or guest, check with the Resident Team first if you're unsure whether guests are permitted.
What am I responsible for?
As the resident hosting a guest, you're responsible for making sure they follow the building's rules and treat the shared spaces and other residents with consideration.
Please make sure your guests don't enter areas they're not authorised to access.
Helpful tip
If you're unsure whether a particular communal facility can be used by guests, ask the Resident Team before bringing your friend along. They'll be happy to clarify the arrangements.
