Are parties allowed?
You're welcome to socialise, spend time with friends and enjoy student life at The Store House. However, we ask all residents to be considerate of others and respect the fact that you're living in a shared building.
Parties or gatherings that result in excessive noise, disruption or inappropriate behaviour may not be permitted.
Can I have friends over?
Yes. You can have guests visit you at The Store House, provided they follow the building's guest policy. All guests must sign in at reception and be accompanied by the resident they're visiting.
If you're planning to have friends over, be mindful of noise levels and other residents, particularly during quieter hours.
What happens if a party causes disruption?
If excessive noise or behaviour is causing a disturbance to other residents, the Resident Team may need to intervene and ask you to reduce the noise or end the gathering.
Repeated or serious issues may be dealt with in line with the terms of your tenancy agreement and the building's policies.
The aim isn't to prevent residents from having fun — it's about making sure everyone can enjoy their home without being unnecessarily disturbed.
Helpful tip
If you're having friends over, keep the noise at a reasonable level and be particularly considerate of your neighbours later in the evening.
