How do I pay for laundry?

Laundry facilities at The Store House are separate from your rent and are provided by AppWash, so you'll need to pay for each use of the laundry machines.

Details on how to use the washing machines and dryers are available in the laundry room, including instructions on how to download the Appwash app and set up an account so you can use the laundry facilities

Is laundry included in my rent?

No. Use of the laundry facilities is charged separately from your accommodation rent. You will pay for laundry through the AppWash app, you can top up your appwash account using debit or credit card. A standard wash cycle is £3.20 and a standard dryer cycle is £1.60

How will I know how to pay?

When you move in, you'll be given information on how to use the laundry facilities and make payment. Instructions should also be available within the laundry area.

If you're unsure how to operate a machine or make a payment, speak to the Resident Team and they'll be happy to help.

Helpful tip

Check the laundry instructions before starting your first wash so you know how the machines work and what payment method is required.
