Can I speak to someone urgently?

Absolutely. The Store House has a 24-hour on-site presence, so support is available around the clock.

During Resident Team hours, you can visit reception or contact the team directly for help with urgent issues.

Outside Resident Team hours, the on-site Security Team provides overnight support and can assist with urgent issues and emergencies.

When is the Resident Team available?

The Resident Team is available seven days a week from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Outside these hours, the Security Team provides on-site overnight support.

What if it's an emergency?

If you're dealing with an emergency or a situation that poses an immediate risk to your safety, contact the appropriate emergency services where necessary, as well as notifying the on-site team.

For urgent building issues, the on-site team can help assess the situation and follow the appropriate emergency procedures.
