Is there controlled access?
Absolutely. The Store House uses a secure key card access system to control entry to the building, individual apartments and authorised communal areas.
Each resident is provided with their own key card, which is linked to their apartment and the areas they are authorised to access.
Can guests access the building?
Guests should be met at reception and must sign in when they arrive. Residents are responsible for their guests during their visit.
For security reasons, residents should not allow unauthorised people to follow them into the building or share their key card with anyone else.
What if my key card is lost or stops working?
Let the Resident Team know as soon as possible. They can help arrange a replacement or investigate any access problems.
A replacement key card is subject to a £10 replacement fee.
Helpful tip
Keep your key card secure and never lend it to another person. If it's lost, report it straight away so your access can be kept secure.
