What if my fridge breaks?

If your fridge stops working or isn't cooling properly, report the issue to the Resident Team or through the resident portal as soon as possible.

Our Maintenance Team will assess the problem and arrange any necessary repair or replacement where required.

What should I do if my fridge stops working?

If you notice a problem:

  • Check that the fridge is switched on and the power supply is working.
  • Avoid repeatedly switching the appliance on and off if you suspect there's an electrical fault.
  • Keep the fridge door closed as much as possible to help protect the contents.
  • Report the issue to the Resident Team or through the resident portal.
  • You shouldn't attempt to repair the appliance yourself.

What if my food is affected?

If your fridge has stopped working and you're concerned about food spoiling, let the Resident Team know when you report the issue. They'll be able to advise you based on the circumstances.
