How safe is the building?
The safety and security of our residents is a top priority at The Store House. A range of measures are in place to help create a secure environment for residents, staff and visitors.
What security measures are in place?
The Store House benefits from:
- Secure key card entry to the building and authorised areas.
- CCTV coverage throughout the building.
- A dedicated Resident Team during the day.
- An on-site Security Team providing overnight support.
- Fire safety systems and procedures designed to protect residents.
- A 24-hour on-site presence, providing support around the clock.
Residents also play an important role in keeping the building secure. We ask everyone to use their own key card, ensure doors close securely behind them, avoid allowing unauthorised people into the building and report any concerns to the team.
Is someone on-site 24/7?
Yes. The Store House has a 24-hour on-site presence. The Resident Team is available seven days a week from 8am to 8pm, with the Security Team providing overnight support.
Helpful tip
Familiarise yourself with the building's security and fire safety procedures when you move in, and don't hesitate to report anything that doesn't seem right to the Resident Team.
