How do I check out?

When your tenancy comes to an end, you'll need to complete a few simple steps before leaving The Store House.

What do I need to do?

Before you leave, please:

• Remove all personal belongings from your apartment.
• Leave your apartment and any shared spaces you've used clean and tidy.
• Return your key card to reception on or before your tenancy end date.
• Complete any additional check-out steps provided by the Resident Team.

Our team will provide further information and guidance closer to your departure date to help make the check-out process as straightforward as possible.

Helpful tip

Start preparing for move-out a few weeks before your tenancy ends, particularly if you need to arrange storage, travel or disposal of larger items.
