How much notice do I need to give?

If you're moving out at the end of your fixed-term tenancy, you don't need to give separate notice. Your tenancy will end automatically on the date stated in your tenancy agreement.

If you'd like to renew or extend your stay, we recommend speaking to the Resident Team as early as possible so they can explain your options and availability.

What if I want to leave before my tenancy ends?

If you need to leave before the end date stated in your contract, different rules may apply. You should speak to the Resident Team before making any plans, as you may remain responsible for rent or other obligations under your tenancy agreement.
