What happens to my post after leaving?

Before moving out, we recommend updating your address with your university, bank, online retailers, family and friends, and any other important organisations.

You should also consider arranging mail redirection with Royal Mail if you expect to receive post at The Store House after your tenancy ends.

What happens if post arrives after I move out?

Once your tenancy has ended, the building may not be able to accept or forward post addressed to you. For this reason, it's important to update your address and arrange mail redirection before you move out.

This is particularly important for important documents, bank cards, official correspondence and deliveries.
