Once we've been informed that you're moving out, the team will guide you through the next steps.

Steps that follow

  • Move-out guidance: You’ll be sent information about preparing for your departure, including cleaning standards, key returns, and deposit details.
  • Final inspection: A move-out inspection will be scheduled to check the condition of your home.
  • Next steps: You’ll be advised on returning keys, forwarding post, and settling any final charges.

The sooner you give notice, the more time you’ll have to prepare for move-out — reducing the risk of last-minute issues or delays with your deposit return.
