What is purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA)?

Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) is housing that has been specifically designed and built for students.

Unlike traditional private rentals, PBSA buildings are created around student needs, offering a convenient place to live with features such as furnished apartments, study spaces, social areas and dedicated support teams.

At The Store House, your rent includes bills and Wi-Fi, and you’ll have access to a range of facilities designed to support your studies and day-to-day life in Leeds.

PBSA is a popular choice for students because it offers a simple renting experience, with everything you need in one place, helping you settle into university life with ease.
