What do I need to bring on move-in day?

Before moving into The Store House, you’ll need to make sure your tenancy agreement has been signed, any required checks have been completed and all payments due have been made.

On move-in day, you should bring:

  • Photo ID (such as your passport or other accepted identification)
  • Any required Right to Rent documents (if applicable)
  • Any personal items you need for your stay — your apartment is already furnished, so you only need to bring your own belongings and essentials.

The Resident Team will meet you on arrival, hand over your keys, help you settle in and answer any questions you may have.
