If an entrance or exit door at The Store House isn't working properly, please report it to the team as soon as possible so the issue can be investigated.

Who should I contact?

During Resident Team hours, contact the Resident Team and let them know which door is affected. They'll investigate the issue and arrange for it to be dealt with as quickly as possible.

If the problem occurs outside Resident Team hours, contact the on-site Security Team for assistance.

What if I can't get into the building?
