If you're locked out of your apartment at The Store House, don't worry — help is available.

What should I do if I'm locked out?

If you can't access your apartment, visit reception and speak to the Resident Team. They'll be able to help you regain access.

If you're locked out outside Resident Team hours, the on-site Security Team can also assist.

What if I've lost my key card?

If you've lost your key card rather than simply being locked out, let the team know. They'll be able to advise you on getting a replacement and any applicable charges.
