Once your booking is complete, we'll send you a payment schedule with all of your due dates and payment details - we recommend paying by bank transfer, we will send you a reminder email when your rent is due. • Your tenancy agreement or welcome pack will include the account details for payment • Always include your tenancy reference or full name as the payment reference to make sure your rent is correctly allocated.
