How long is the tenancy agreement?

The Store House offers flexible tenancy lengths, with options for 44-week or 51-week agreements, depending on availability. We also offer semester stays subject to availability. If you’d like to stay beyond the end of your tenancy, please speak to our team and we’ll be happy to discuss renewal options with you. Your tenancy length will be confirmed during the booking process and included in your tenancy agreement.
