How many sets of keys or fobs will I receive?

Each resident at The Store House is provided with their own key card when they move in. Your key card is linked to your apartment and your access permissions within the building, allowing you to access the areas you're authorised to use. Is my key card personal to me? Yes. Each resident has their own key card, so you should keep it with you and avoid lending it to anyone else. Your access permissions are linked to your individual key card, helping to keep the building secure while making it easy for residents to access their accommodation and relevant areas of the building. What if I lose my key card? If you lose your key card, let the team know as soon as possible so they can advise you on the next steps. A replacement charge may apply, as set out in your tenancy terms.
