Is smoking allowed inside the building or my home?

No — smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside apartments or within the building itself. This includes communal areas, roof terraces, and gardens. Why the rule is in place • Comfort: Prevents smoke/vapour mist from drifting into other apartments or shared spaces. • Health and safety: Reduces fire risk and helps maintain air quality for all residents. • Building care: Protects furnishings, finishes, and shared facilities from smoke damage. Where you can smoke Designated outdoor areas outside the building may be used, provided you dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
