Is there a cost to book certain facilities?

All amenities are free to enjoy as part of a residents tenancy, and available 24/7, with the exception of the private dining and 8th floor terrace which are not available between 11pm and 7am on weeknights and 2am and 8am on weekends. If a particular space requires a special arrangement or includes additional services, we'll make sure you're aware of any charges before confirming your booking. Our aim is always to be transparent, so you'll never encounter unexpected costs.
