What income do I need to be eligible?

As The Store House is purpose-built student accommodation, eligibility isn't generally based on your income in the same way as it can be when renting a traditional private property. This means you don't usually need to meet a specific income multiple to be eligible for a room. What if I'm paying in instalments? If you're paying your rent in instalments rather than paying the full amount upfront, you may need to provide a guarantor as part of your application. A guarantor provides additional reassurance that the rent will be paid in line with the terms of your tenancy agreement. The specific requirements can depend on your circumstances. What if I don't have an income? That's not necessarily a problem. As a student, you may not have a regular income, and student accommodation is designed with this in mind. If you have questions about your eligibility, payment options or whether you'll need a guarantor, our team can explain the requirements that apply to your application. Helpful tip: If you're unsure about how you'll pay your rent, it's worth speaking to the team before applying so you understand your options and any requirements that may apply.
