How do I download and log into the resident app or portal?

Before or shortly after you move in, you'll receive details on how to access the resident portal. Once registered, you'll be able to log in using the email address associated with your tenancy and create your own secure password. Downloading the app • App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android): Search for the Enclave resident app and download it to your device. Logging in • Welcome email with registration details: When you move in, you’ll receive an email invitation with a link to register. • Credentials: Use the same email address you provided during your tenancy sign-up to create your account. • Password setup: Follow the steps in the email to set your password and complete your registration. The resident portal is designed to make day-to-day life at The Store House easier. It's the place you'll use to access important information, book selected facilities, receive updates from the team, and report maintenance issues.
