Are there special instructions couriers should follow?
Yes — couriers delivering to Enclave buildings must follow specific instructions to keep deliveries secure and organised.
Common courier instructions
-
No free access: Couriers cannot enter residential areas freely and must use reception, parcel lockers, or the intercom system.
-
Address details: Deliveries must include your full name and apartment number so staff can log them correctly.
-
Large items: Oversized or heavy deliveries may need to be arranged directly with you, as staff or lockers may not be able to accept them.
-
Reception/locker use: If your building has a staffed reception or parcel lockers, couriers should always leave items there rather than at your apartment door.
Helpful tip
When placing an order online, include “c/o Reception” or “c/o Parcel Room” if your building uses one. This makes it clearer for couriers and reduces the chance of missed deliveries.
