Can I arrange deliveries before I move in?

In most cases, deliveries such as furniture or large items can only be scheduled from your tenancy start date onwards. This ensures the apartment is ready, your tenancy has legally begun, and the team can safely manage access.

How deliveries work

  • After move-in: Once your tenancy has started and you’ve collected your keys or fobs, you’re free to arrange deliveries at times that suit you.

  • Managed access: For larger items, such as furniture or appliances, the on-site team may need advance notice to help with building access, lifts, or loading bays.

  • Before move-in: If you’d like to arrange deliveries earlier, you’ll need to discuss this with the local team. In some cases, it may be possible if your tenancy has already officially begun and the apartment is ready, but this isn’t guaranteed.

Helpful tip

If you’re planning to order new furniture or bulky items, let the team know in advance. They can advise on the best delivery times, lift booking requirements, or restrictions on delivery vehicles.
