Yes — the Enclave team can support you if you need help getting started with utilities or using the resident app. They’ll either guide you directly or point you to the right provider.

Utilities setup

  • Clarification: The team can confirm which utilities are included in your rent and which ones you need to set up yourself.

  • Supplier details: If you’re responsible for electricity, gas, or water, they can tell you the current suppliers so you know who to contact.

  • Guidance: While they won’t set up accounts on your behalf, they’ll explain what steps to take and what information you’ll need (like meter readings).

Resident app or portal

  • Login help: If you haven’t received your activation details, the team can resend them.

  • Troubleshooting: They can reset your account if you’re having trouble logging in.

  • Walkthrough: On move-in day, they may show you how to use the portal for payments, maintenance requests, or booking amenities.
