Can I invite non-residents to resident events?

Most of the Enclave events are for residents only. There might be occasions where the building is opened up for non-residents. There's important safety rules when this applies:

Guidelines for guests

  • Approval: Check event details first — some events may be residents-only, while others allow guests.

  • Limits: There may be restrictions on how many guests you can bring (often one or two per resident).

  • Responsibility: You are fully responsible for your guests’ behaviour during the event.

  • Access: Guests must be signed in or accompanied by you when entering the building.

Why restrictions exist

  • To ensure shared spaces don’t become overcrowded.

  • To maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.

Always check the event invite, app, or notices for guest policies. If you’re unsure, ask the Resident Team before bringing someone along.
