How do I access the resident app or portal?
Enclave provides residents with access to a digital app or online portal, making it simple to manage your tenancy and stay connected with building services.
How to log in

Welcome pack: You’ll usually receive login instructions either in your welcome pack on move-in day or via email shortly before.

Activation: Follow the link provided to set up your account. You may need your tenancy reference or booking ID.

Mobile access: If your development uses a mobile app, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play and log in using the same details.

Support if you have trouble
If you haven’t received login details, or if you’re unable to log in, contact the on-site team. They can resend activation instructions or reset your access so you can get started quickly.

It’s best to set up your portal access straight away after moving in. That way, you’ll be ready to book amenities, report issues, and manage your account from day one.
