How do I apply for a parking space?
If resident parking is available at your Enclave building, you’ll need to formally apply for a space since they are often limited.
How to apply
- Blue Badge holders: If you are a Blue Badge holder and would like to apply for a parking space, please contact the resident team directly. They will guide you through the application process and answer any questions you may have.
- On-site team: Speak to reception or management, who will confirm availability and provide an application form if required.
- Documentation: You may need to provide proof of vehicle ownership (such as your V5 logbook) and insurance details.
Allocation
- Spaces are typically offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In some buildings, priority may be given to residents with accessibility needs.
- If spaces are full, you may be placed on a waiting list.
