How do I apply for a property?
Applying for a home at Enclave is designed to be clear and straightforward. Once you’ve chosen your apartment, the team will guide you through each step to secure it.
Step 1: Choose your property
Start by browsing Enclave’s live availability to see current listings across all buildings. When you’ve found a home that suits your needs, you can either book a tour (in-person or virtual) or move straight to reserving it.
Step 2: Reserve your home
To take the apartment off the market, you’ll be asked to pay a holding fee. This confirms your interest and allows the team to begin the application and referencing process.
Step 3: Complete the application form
You’ll need to provide some key details, such as:

Proof of income or employment

References (previous landlord or employer, where applicable)

The team will explain exactly what’s required for your situation.
Step 4: Referencing and checks
Enclave will carry out standard referencing checks to confirm your affordability and suitability. If you’re moving from abroad or have a different financial situation, the team will advise you on alternatives (such as using a guarantor).
Step 5: Sign your tenancy agreement
Once referencing is complete, you’ll be invited to sign your tenancy agreement. At this stage, you’ll also make any remaining payments due (first month’s rent, minus your holding fee).
Step 6: Get ready to move in
With everything signed and paid, your move-in date will be confirmed. On the day, the team will welcome you, hand over keys, and make sure you’re settled into your new home.
