How do I collect my keys, fob, or access card?

You’ll collect your keys, fob, or access card on your move-in day from the Enclave on-site team. This ensures secure handover and that you’re properly checked into the building.

What to expect

• Appointment: You’ll usually be given a scheduled time to collect your keys when your move-in date is confirmed.

• Location: Collection takes place at the building’s reception or management office.

• Verification: You’ll need to show photo ID and may be asked to sign a handover form to confirm receipt.

• Walkthrough: The team may also take this opportunity to show you how access systems work (such as using your fob for lifts, gates, or communal areas).

Helpful tip

Make sure your first rent payment, deposit, and any required documents are completed before move-in day. Keys or fobs are only handed over once all pre-tenancy requirements are met.
