How do I give notice to end my tenancy?

To end your tenancy at Enclave, you’ll need to give formal written notice, 60-days in advance. The notice will come into effect two months prior to the end of your tenancy agreement and you can serve this notice via email to your Resident Team.

How to give notice

• Check your tenancy agreement: The required notice period will be outlined in your contract (typically 60 days' notice).
• Written notice: Submit your notice in writing by email to your Resident Team.
• Acknowledgement: The Resident Team will confirm receipt of your notice and outline the next steps, including your official move-out date.
