How do I report a repair or maintenance issue?

If something in your Enclave apartment isn’t working properly, it’s important to report it as soon as possible so it can be fixed quickly.

Ways to report an issue

  • Resident portal or app: The quickest and easiest way. You can log the problem, describe what’s wrong, and upload photos if helpful.

  • On-site team: Speak to the management or concierge team directly — either in person or by phone/email — and they’ll log the repair for you.

  • Emergency contact: If the issue is urgent (for example, a major leak or loss of heating), follow the emergency procedure in your welcome pack for immediate help.

Why reporting matters early

  • Ensures repairs are logged and prioritised properly.
