How do I report an issue straight after moving in?

If you notice an issue as soon as you move into your Enclave apartment — whether it’s a repair need, missing item, or something not working properly — you should report it straight away.

How to report

  • Resident portal or app: The quickest way is to log the issue online. You can usually describe the problem, attach photos, and track progress.

  • On-site team: Speak directly to the team when collecting your keys or once you’ve settled in. They can raise a maintenance request for you.

  • Email or phone: If you don’t yet have portal access, you can contact the team using the details provided in your welcome pack.

Why it’s important

  • Protects your deposit: Reporting issues early ensures they’re recorded and not attributed to you later.

  • Quick resolution: The sooner it’s logged, the sooner it can be fixed.
