How do I report any issues with the inventory?

If you notice something in your Enclave apartment that isn’t accurately reflected in the inventory, you should report it as soon as possible after move-in.

Your inventory will be provided via Imfuna, an easy-to-use online platform. If you notice anything that doesn’t look right, you can report it directly through the Imfuna report.

This ensures the record is updated and protects you from being held responsible for pre-existing issues at the end of your tenancy.

How to report

  • Review promptly: Go through the inventory carefully within the first few days of moving in.
  • Make notes: List anything that’s missing, inaccurate, or needs clarification.
  • Take photos: Providing dated photos is a good way to support your notes.
  • Submit to the team: Send your observations to the local Enclave team, ideally by email, so there’s a clear record.

What happens next

  • The team will update the inventory report or add your comments as an addendum.
  • You may be asked to sign the updated report to confirm the changes.
  • This amended version will be used at the end of your tenancy when assessing your deposit return.

Helpful tip

Even if an issue seems minor (like a small scratch or mark), it’s worth reporting. Documenting everything upfront avoids disputes later and gives you peace of mind.
